We are an independent and autonomous institution, founded in Colombia and based in Cali. Established in 1982, we have since focused our work on promoting the development of women’s personal, entrepreneurial, and financial autonomy; on closing inequality gaps for women; and on encouraging their active participation in economic development.

What do we do?

We work towards creating initiatives and programs that strengthen women entrepreneurs’ personal and business skills, especially those in vulnerable socio-economic situations. We also promote knowledge production, and make social impact investments.

On-site training

It is the training process through the face-to-face modality developed in the classroom, accompanied by facilitators and facilitators from the Foundation.

Online training

On-site training takes place in the classroom and, depending on the target population, integrates tools to promote knowledge and action involving games, reflections and everyday life cases to address concepts related to business, finance, self-development, the appropriation of ICT and the management of interpersonal and family relations.

Entrepreneurial empowerment

In this module, we support entrepreneurs in four areas—ffinancial, marketing and commercial, production, and administrative—in order to promote the organisationzation and sustainability of their businesses.

Personal empowerment

This is a support process intended to promote the recognition and exercise of rights, change attitudes and beliefs related to gender roles, and strengthen women’s leadership skills and personal autonomy.
